This may not be what you visit this site for but when I took my M38A1 for a little spin yesterday I couldn't help but think of the words of Robert Frost and indeed, how they describe the people who enjoy restoring and driving MV's. As for me, I like being a little "different."

How true. I used to drive my A1 across the Black Hills using the gravel roads from the Hill City Area to the Wyoming border. You rarely saw another vehicle and a stop by a bubbling creek undisturbed by modern noises was just awesome.
There are a few more pix in my album which is on page 10 of the Member's Albums in the photo gallery. I'll try to remember to add a few more showing some of the stages in the restoration.
