NOS CJV-35/U carberator?

I found this listed on ebay.
It looks very similar to the M38 carberator, so I was woundering what the differences are, if any (ie: is it another ebay claim?)?
Not to offend anyone if that is their part they are selling!

it's the same carb thats a parts list thats leaned up against the carb and it states m38 and cjv35

So it is yet another ebay ploy to garner more money!

Not really, the last one I had I sold for his buy it now price. If you have to have a NOS carb in the box that you need to rebuild anyway then its a good deal. They sure are pretty when you take 'em out of the box

Yes Ryan the ad is a bit overboard. It would be more accurate if worded like this:
Very Rare Carter YS637S NOS carb. Fit's CJV35 and M38.
The seller is just trying to add a little more pazaz to his ad by linking it to a jeep that only had a 1000 unit production run. Folks who know better know it also went on the 60,000+ M38's and many thousands more spare MC engines.

I actually e-mailed the seller about it.He e-mailed me back and it is a regular M38 carb with a manufacture date of 56.I posted this info over on G503 under auctions.
