I have two large washers that go on the tube. I don't recall exactly where they go on the assembly. Also don't know if there should be more than two. If you remember or know where they go, and if I need more, your help is appreciated. I have supplied a photo of the parts I have.

There is a picutre of the assembly as installed and it looks like you got it right, but I hope someone can post here and confirm that.
